Requirements

• 10+ years in Technical Program Management or Delivery Leadership
• Agile/Scrum and SDLC expertise
• Global software delivery and deployment management
• Enterprise integrations (APIs, Middleware, Payments, POS)
• Data migration, release management, and cutover planning
• Stakeholder and executive leadership communication

Nice To Haves

• Experience in QSR, Retail, Hospitality, eCommerce, or Franchise Operations preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of global Smart Operations and Digital Ordering solutions across multiple international markets.
• Manage end-to-end software delivery, including planning, integration, testing, deployment, market readiness, and production support for digital platforms across web, mobile, kiosk, POS, and in-store operations.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Deployment, and Business teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of digital solutions.
