Here’s what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires: Position Overview The TEKsystems Global Service (TGS) delivery function is an important role in the TGS Capacity Services organization. This function supports staffing business by managing operational activities outside of sales and business development functions. The delivery function varies in responsibility by each account, but a successful delivery team member is responsible for common activities such as consultant management, reporting, and metrics to support the consultant activities and issue resolution. The Delivery Lead is primarily responsible for overall account management and supervision of the team assembled to service the account. The Delivery Lead must have the ability to effectively communicate to contractors, candidates, customer, and internal partners. The responsibilities listed below are not exhaustive, as each account will state their unique requirements in the SOW or as defined with the Account Team at project start. Below are key responsibilities of the Delivery Lead: Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Plans & Aligns: Understands customer expectations and technical requirements for the work to be delivered. Customer Focus: Manages customer requirements to ensure contract compliance and satisfaction. Consultant Care: Builds strong relationships with consultants, ensuring they feel supported and valued. Ensures Accountability: Conducts regular checkpoints with customers, engagement teams, and solutions teams. Works independently with general supervision. Documentation: Document and communicate processes and procedures to all stakeholders. Supports knowledge management and changing control processes. Manages Ambiguity: Collaborates with team members to manage risk, engagement scope, and deliver according to contract terms. Financial Reporting: Consolidates engagement status and budget information across portfolios. Supports internal processes for time, expenses, and invoicing. Risk/Issue Resolution: Manages issues and facilitates resolution, notifying all affected parties. Perform all necessary contractors screening to ensure their qualifications meet open positions (i.e. interviews) Maintain and manage contractor work force according to the client specific requirements, manage feedback in tandem with client specific requirements Conduct regular service touchpoints with contractors Serve as the interface between client managers, local office (if applicable) and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of client production and/or staff meetings Drive customer relationship and saturation Prepare client specific reports on an ad hoc basis or as required by Service Agreement. Meet with client to discuss and review reports Oversee and manage contractor attendance and overall performance Maintain a professional work environment in alignment with current client culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related discipline.
