About The Position

As a Delivery Lead within the Vantage Technology portfolio, you will play a critical role in managing and supporting the processes and activities of agile software development. Leveraging your extensive expertise in agile methodologies, systems integration, and project management, you will oversee high-impact, long-duration engineering initiatives to ensure the successful delivery of strategic outcomes. This role requires a strong focus on aligning complex, interdependent initiatives, managing risks, and fostering collaboration across delivery teams, architecture, and business stakeholders. You will also design and execute portfolio-level governance and reporting frameworks tailored to meet regulatory and operational requirements. In this role you will identify cross-project dependencies, ensure cohesive systems integration, and drive alignment across the Vantage Technology Domain. Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in portfolio management, technology integration, or program delivery within financial services.
  • Proven ability to manage high visible projects with third party vendors and significant technology components.
  • Having a strong presence, advanced communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the change management and risk management, working knowledge of Software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives in complex matrix environments.
  • Ability to develop cross-initiative dependency maps and lead integration reviews across concurrent delivery streams.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess dependencies, align workstreams, and facilitate cross-team problem-solving.
  • Proven experience designing and managing portfolio-level governance and reporting frameworks.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement, influencing without authority, and translating technical complexity into business-aligned insights.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analysis of programs and projects within the portfolio to identify systems integration touchpoints and interdependencies.
  • Conduct regular assessment of integration touchpoints and interdependencies to identify risks to projects deliverables and to the integration process.
  • Develop and maintain integrated portfolio views and tools (roadmaps, milestones, critical paths) to identify sequencing and potential risks across workstreams.
  • Engage delivery leads and architects to assess technical impacts and coordinate sequencing of initiative execution.
  • Enable, contribute, and maintain Agile delivery practices in accountabilities (ex: enforcement/verification of DoR and DoD).
  • Collaborate with partner teams to develop solution estimates and delivery schedules.
  • Build trusted relationships within Personal Banking Team and other functional stakeholders to ensure transparency of impacts and requirements.
  • Act as a central integration point between project teams, enabling knowledge-sharing and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate integration touchpoint meetings across multiple delivery squads.
  • Serve as the point person between projects to prevent duplication, misalignment, or downstream rework.
  • Assist in design and implementation of a scalable portfolio governance framework to drive oversight, escalations, and enable risk-based decision-making and cross-portfolio issue resolution.
  • Monitor and report clear portfolio-level KPIs and cadence for status reporting and performance tracking.
  • Create dashboards and presentations to communicate status, risks, and integration outcomes.
  • Maintain integrated portfolio views including roadmaps, dependency maps, and critical path analysis tailored to investment domain.
  • Proactively identify integration risks, gaps, or conflicts across initiatives.
  • Align technology change delivery with operational readiness and business process changes.
  • Support scenario planning and trade-off analysis to enable prioritization decisions.
  • Identify points of potential disruption and support mitigation strategies.
