Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven delivery, logistics, or transportation experience.

• Physical ability to regularly lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and work ethic.

• Problem-solving ability and adaptability to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Execute timely and accurate deliveries to residential and commercial customers throughout the Sherman area.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time.
• Operate delivery vehicles safely and responsibly, following traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and package documentation.
• Communicate proactively with customers about delivery times and potential delays.
• Load, unload, and place packages carefully at delivery locations.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and resolve customer concerns professionally and courteously.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and promptly report mechanical issues.
• Meet daily delivery targets and performance metrics consistently.
• Represent the organization positively through professional appearance and courteous interactions.
