About The Position
The Delivery Expert delivers Domino’s products by car to customers within a designated delivery area, including carrying orders from the vehicle to customers’ doors. The role may also involve delivering flyers and door hangers. Team members perform general store duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
- Be able to read maps, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
- Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
- Be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
- Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Have the motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately, and the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Be able to perform the role’s physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching.
- Be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, and make judgments and decisions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver products by car within the designated delivery area and carry orders to customers’ doors.

- Prepare products.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
- Use navigational skills to locate addresses and navigate delivery sites, including multi-story buildings.
