About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring a delivery driver to deliver orders within a designated area and perform general store team-member duties. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth, including advancement into management and franchise ownership. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Team members operate store equipment, stock ingredients and supplies, prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, complete paperwork, and clean equipment and the facility. Delivery duties include transporting products by car to customers’ doors and delivering flyers and door hangers. The work involves operating in-store equipment and navigating delivery locations, including stairs and multi-story buildings, as well as exposure to changing weather and store temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. The position requires standing, walking, carrying, lifting, pushing, reaching, bending, and occasional climbing or crouching.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must be able to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and stairs.
Ability to understand and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers, including by telephone.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Must be able to perform the physical activities described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, reaching, bending, and climbing as needed.
Ability to work independently and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car within a designated delivery area and carry orders to customers’ doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment and prepare products.
Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas into storage and work areas, including the walk-in cooler.
Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers and co-workers.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Navigate delivery areas, including private homes, multi-story buildings, and stairs.
Unload and stock deliveries, move trays on dollies, and perform other store tasks as needed.
