About The Position

Domino’s is hiring qualified delivery drivers to deliver orders within a designated area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management. Team members also perform general store duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing orders, completing inventory paperwork, and cleaning the equipment and facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position involves working in a store and making deliveries by car, with exposure to changing weather and store conditions and physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, and navigating stairs.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses in the designated delivery area.
• Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and stairs.
• Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Be able to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Have the motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
• Be able to meet the physical demands described, including lifting deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds and carrying products during deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within the designated delivery area.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
