About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to serve customers in the designated delivery area. The role combines driving and delivering orders with general store-team duties, such as preparing products, processing orders, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, and cleaning. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management and franchise ownership.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must be able to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and delivery sites.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical duties described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching.
• Ability to drive and perform delivery duties in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within the designated delivery area.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment and prepare products.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage and work areas.
• Receive and process telephone orders, including communicating with customers and coworkers in person and by phone.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Navigate delivery locations, including adverse terrain, private homes, multi-story buildings, and stairs.
• Unload and move product deliveries, including lifting and stacking supplies.
