About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to serve customers in their designated delivery area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth, including advancement into management or franchise ownership. Team members also perform general store duties such as preparing products, processing orders, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and facilities. Training and orientation are provided on the job.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must be able to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and process orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements; talking and hearing on the telephone; near- and mid-range vision and depth perception; and ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and occasional stair or ladder use.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the designated delivery area and navigate to customer addresses, including through adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
• Operate store equipment and move ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Unload bulk deliveries using a hand truck and lift, carry, push, or pull supplies and trays as needed.
• Perform outside tasks such as removing trash.
