About The Position

The Delivery Expert upholds Domino's standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance while providing delivery and customer service. The role includes collecting cash and credit card payments, promoting pizza products and specials, and receiving cross-training in product and ingredient preparation, opening and closing procedures, pizza oven operation, and boxing products for delivery or carryout. The employee checks products for accuracy against quality standards and helps create a teamwork-focused, energetic, and fun atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Domino's standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance.
• Collect cash and credit card payments.
• Promote pizza products and specials.
• Receive cross-training in preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout.
• Check products for accuracy against quality standards.
• Respond with urgency to store phone calls and carryout customers.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers over the phone and in person.
• Speak and write clearly and accurately.
• Use a computer-based order entry system.
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
• Follow all applicable state and federal vehicle and driving laws, rules, and regulations.
• Follow Domino's Pizza, LLC and Tylaur, Inc. rules and regulations.
• Ensure the delivery vehicle is mechanically and physically sound and properly registered and insured at all times.
