About The Position

The Delivery Expert delivers Domino’s products and provides customer service by phone and in person. The role also supports store operations through cross-training in product preparation, ingredient preparation, opening and closing procedures, oven operation, and boxing orders for delivery or carryout. The employee is expected to uphold Domino’s standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance; follow company rules and applicable driving laws; and ensure the delivery vehicle remains mechanically and physically sound, registered, and insured.

Requirements

Follow applicable state and federal vehicle and driving laws, rules, and regulations.
Follow Domino’s Pizza, LLC rules and regulations.
Ensure the vehicle used for delivery is mechanically and physically sound, properly registered, and insured.

Responsibilities

Collect cash and credit card payments.
Promote pizza products and specials.
Receive cross-training in preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout.
Check products for accuracy against quality standards.
Respond promptly to store phone calls and assist carryout customers.
Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers over the phone and in person.
Communicate clearly and accurately in speech and writing.
Use a computer-based order entry system.
Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
Follow all state and federal vehicle and driving laws, rules, and regulations, as well as Domino’s Pizza, LLC rules and regulations.
Ensure the delivery vehicle is mechanically and physically sound and properly registered and insured at all times.
Uphold Domino’s standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance.
