About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to staff stores in the area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth, including advancement into management and franchise ownership. Team members receive on-the-job orientation and training. In addition to delivering orders, team members may perform general store duties such as preparing products, processing orders, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must be able to read maps, locate addresses in the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers, both over the phone and in person.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the physical duties described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and driving.
Ability to work amid the stated conditions and exposures, including varying weather, changing temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
Ability to talk and hear on the telephone; near-, mid-range, far, and night vision; depth perception; and ability to distinguish hot from cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area; several deliveries may be required per shift.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Use maps and navigational skills to locate addresses and navigate delivery sites, including multi-story buildings.
