About The Position

Domino's is hiring delivery drivers to serve customers in a designated delivery area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to advance, including into management. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. In addition to delivering orders, team members perform general store duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Delivery work involves driving orders to customers and bringing products to their doors, as well as delivering flyers and door hangers. Team members must navigate to addresses, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings, and may make several deliveries per shift. The position includes frequent standing and reaching, some walking, lifting and carrying supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasional stair climbing. Work may involve adverse weather, changing temperatures, hot surfaces and tools, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses in the designated delivery area.
Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Be able to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Be able to make correct monetary change.
Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Have motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Be able to carry out duties involving standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and occasional climbing.
Be able to lift and handle cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers' doors within a designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate to addresses, including adverse terrain, private homes, multi-story buildings, and stairs.
Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Unload and stock bulk product deliveries using a hand truck.
