About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring a Delivery Expert to deliver products within a designated delivery area and support general store operations. Team members may take and process orders, prepare products, stock ingredients, take inventory, complete paperwork, and clean equipment and facilities. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement. Delivery duties include transporting orders by car and carrying them to customers’ doors, as well as delivering flyers and door hangers. The job involves driving and navigating delivery locations, including buildings with multiple flights of stairs, and may involve working in varying weather conditions. Store work may expose team members to temperatures from 36 degrees in the cooler to 90 degrees or higher, food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. The role involves standing for most tasks, walking between the store, vehicle, and customer locations, and physical activities such as lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching. Bulk deliveries may include items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Be able to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
Be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Have motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
Be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Be able to perform the physical duties described, including lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car within a designated delivery area and carry them to customers’ doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Navigate delivery locations, including multi-story buildings and adverse terrain.
