About The Position

The Assistant Manager role is with Domino’s Pizza at Fort Shafter. Store team members operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, complete related paperwork, and clean equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The role requires communicating with customers and coworkers, processing orders in person and over the phone, handling basic calculations and monetary change, and entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Work may involve changing temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; prior quick-service restaurant experience is highly desired.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise, rapid, and accurate movements with the eyes, hands, and fingers.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

• Prior quick-service restaurant experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities
