About The Position

The Delivery Expert delivers Domino’s products by car to customers within a designated delivery area, including bringing orders to the customer’s door. The role also includes delivering flyers and door hangers and performing general store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing orders, completing inventory and related paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career advancement, including potential progression to management.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must be able to read a map, locate addresses, and navigate the designated delivery area and adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change; a calculator may be used.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination to make rapid, accurate movements with the eyes, hands, and fingers.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the physical duties described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling trays, climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching.
Must be able to carry delivery products while walking and climbing, and handle deliveries that may require navigating five or more flights of stairs.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers within the designated delivery area and bring them to the customer’s door.

Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers and co-workers in person and by phone.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Navigate delivery locations, including adverse terrain, private homes, multi-story buildings, and stairs.
