About The Position

The Delivery Expert delivers pizza and other products by car to customers within a designated delivery area, including carrying orders from the vehicle to customers’ doors. The role also includes delivering flyers and door hangers and performing general store-team duties, such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position may offer opportunities for advancement within Domino’s.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator if needed.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements and ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car within a designated delivery area and carry them to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Navigate delivery routes and addresses, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
