About The Position
The Delivery Expert represents Domino’s and Tylaur, Inc. by delivering customer service and maintaining company standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance. The role includes collecting cash and credit card payments, promoting products and specials, and ensuring orders meet quality and accuracy standards. Delivery Experts receive cross-training in product and ingredient preparation, opening and closing procedures, oven operation, and boxing orders for delivery or carryout. They respond promptly to store phone calls and carryout customers, communicate clearly, use a computer-based order entry system, and contribute to a positive, energetic, team-oriented atmosphere. Drivers must comply with applicable driving laws and company rules, and keep their delivery vehicle mechanically sound, registered, and insured.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a reliable vehicle with current insurance.
- Must have a good driving record.
- Must pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Uphold Domino’s standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance.
- Collect cash and credit card payments.
- Promote pizza products and specials.
- Receive cross-training in preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout.
- Check products for accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
- Respond with urgency to store phone calls and carryout customers.
- Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers in person and over the phone.
- Communicate clearly and accurately in speech and writing.
- Use a computer-based order entry system.
- Contribute to and promote teamwork, energy, and fun.
- Follow state and federal vehicle and driving laws, rules, and regulations.
- Follow Domino’s Pizza, LLC and Tylaur, Inc. rules and regulations.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is mechanically and physically sound, properly registered, and insured at all times.
