About The Position

Domino's is hiring qualified delivery drivers to deliver orders within a designated area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management and franchise ownership. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. In addition to delivery, team members perform general store duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Delivery duties include taking products to customers by car and to their doors, as well as delivering flyers and door hangers.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must be able to read maps, locate addresses within the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Ability to understand and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to make rapid, accurate hand and finger movements and coordinate motor movements.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the stated physical duties, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, crouching, reaching, climbing, and driving.
Ability to lift and handle deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car within the designated delivery area and take them to customers' doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment; stock ingredients; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete related paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility.
Use navigation skills to locate addresses and navigate delivery sites, including multi-story buildings and stairs.
Communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by telephone to take and process orders.
Unload and move product deliveries, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and stocking supplies.
