About The Position

The Delivery Expert upholds Domino’s standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance while delivering and supporting customer orders. The role collects cash and credit card payments, promotes pizza products and specials, checks products for accuracy against quality standards, and provides quality customer service to internal and external customers by phone and in person. The position also receives cross-training in product and ingredient preparation, opening and closing procedures, pizza oven operation, and boxing products for delivery or carryout. Delivery Experts contribute to a teamwork-oriented, energetic, and fun atmosphere and comply with applicable driving laws and company rules.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a reliable vehicle with current insurance.
Must have a good driving record.
Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Uphold Domino’s standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance.
Collect cash and credit card payments.
Promote pizza products and specials.
Receive cross-training in preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout.
Check products for accuracy against quality standards.
Respond with a sense of urgency to store phone calls and carryout customers.
Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers over the phone and in person.
Speak and write clearly and accurately.
Use a computer-based order entry system.
Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
Follow all state and federal vehicle and driving laws, rules, and regulations.
Follow all rules and regulations of Domino’s Pizza, LLC and Tylaur, Inc.
Ensure the delivery vehicle is mechanically and physically sound, properly registered, and insured at all times.
