About The Position

The Delivery Expert upholds Domino’s standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance while delivering products and supporting store operations. The role includes collecting cash and credit card payments, promoting pizza products and specials, checking orders for accuracy, and providing quality customer service to customers by phone and in person. Cross-training is provided in product and ingredient preparation, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout. The position requires following applicable driving laws and company rules and ensuring the delivery vehicle remains mechanically sound, registered, and insured.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a reliable vehicle with current insurance.
Must have a good driving record.
Must pass a background check.
Must be able to speak and write clearly and accurately and use a computer-based order-entry system.

Responsibilities

Uphold Domino’s standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance.
Collect cash and credit card payments.
Promote pizza products and specials.
Receive cross-training in preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout.
Check products for accuracy against quality standards.
Respond promptly to store phone calls and assist carryout customers.
Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers by phone and in person.
Speak and write clearly and accurately, and use a computer-based order-entry system.
Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
Follow state and federal vehicle and driving laws, rules, and regulations, as well as Domino’s Pizza, LLC and Tylaur, Inc. rules and regulations.
Ensure the delivery vehicle is mechanically and physically sound and properly registered and insured at all times.
