About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is seeking a professional and reliable Delivery Driver in Louisville. The role is responsible for making timely and accurate deliveries while representing the company with high standards of customer service. The driver safely transports goods, manages delivery routes and records, maintains the vehicle, and follows traffic laws and company safety policies. The position also includes assisting with additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with GPS technology.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Physical capability to lift and move packages of varying weights.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and maintaining records.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Louisville area roads and traffic patterns.
• Previous delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages and goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload packages efficiently and handle all items properly.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency.
• Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Adhere to traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns or inquiries professionally.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.
