About The Position
Team Next Level, a locally owned Domino’s franchise serving western and eastern Oklahoma, is hiring a Delivery Expert. The role delivers customer orders by car and to customers’ doors, while also providing customer service and helping promote the business. Drivers use delivery apps and GPS, handle cash transactions, and may distribute flyers or door hangers. The position involves working with the store team to ensure orders reach customers promptly and in good condition. The work includes food-preparation and store tasks such as assembling pizzas, stocking ingredients, cleaning, answering phones, and using kitchen tools. Physical activities include bending, crouching, reaching, continuous hand use, carrying orders, walking, and climbing stairs. Drivers may encounter varying or adverse weather and need suitable far and night vision for safe deliveries.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license held for at least two years.
- Clean driving record and responsible approach to road safety.
- Reliable vehicle insured for deliveries.
- Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with the local area.
- Excellent time-management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
- Basic math skills for cash transactions.
- Ability to lift and carry orders weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work well under pressure during busy periods.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Smartphone for delivery apps and GPS navigation.
- Good far vision and night vision for safe driving and deliveries.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Deliver orders by car and bring them to customers’ doors.
- Provide customer service and help ensure customers receive their orders promptly and in good condition.
- Use navigation tools to locate delivery addresses and navigate homes, multi-story buildings, and other delivery sites.
- Handle cash transactions.
- Distribute flyers or door hangers to promote the business.
- Assist with pizza assembly, stocking ingredients, cleaning, answering phones, and other store tasks.
- Operate a vehicle safely and follow road-safety practices.
- Carry orders, including walking and climbing stairs during deliveries.
