About The Position

The Delivery Expert delivers Domino’s products to customers within a designated delivery area, using an insured vehicle and following company safe-driving standards. The role also performs general store-team duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Delivery Experts may deliver flyers and door hangers and may make several deliveries per shift. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and stairs, while carrying products.
• Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Be able to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers, in person and over the phone.
• Be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Have the motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements and the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Be able to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies up to 50 pounds, pushing or pulling trays on dollies, climbing stairs, bending, crouching, and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within the designated delivery area.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
