About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to staff its stores. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth, including advancement into management and franchise ownership. Delivery Experts deliver products by car to customers, navigate the designated delivery area, and may distribute flyers and door hangers. They also perform general store team-member duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and delivery sites.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers in person and by telephone.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements with the eyes, hands, and fingers.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, crouching, reaching, climbing, and driving.
• Ability to lift and move cases weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car within the designated delivery area and to customers’ doors.
• Navigate to addresses, including locations with adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, and stairs.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage and work areas, including the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders, including entering orders by computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage shelves.
