About The Position

Domino's is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver products to customers within a designated area and perform general store-team duties. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Delivery Experts deliver orders by car to customers' doors and may distribute flyers and door hangers. They also help operate store equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, complete related paperwork, and clean equipment and the facility. The position involves working in a store environment with exposure to changing temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, cramped quarters, and outdoor weather. Physical tasks include standing, walking, sitting for paperwork, lifting and carrying supplies and orders, pushing or pulling trays, climbing stairs, bending, crouching, and reaching. Delivery routes may include multi-story buildings and five or more flights of stairs.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license and safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses in the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers' doors within a designated delivery area; make multiple deliveries during a shift as needed.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders, and communicate with customers and co-workers in person and by phone.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Navigate delivery routes, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
