About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a Delivery Expert to deliver orders within a designated delivery area and support general store operations. The role includes delivering products by car to customers’ doors, delivering flyers and door hangers, and performing duties shared by store team members, such as preparing products, processing telephone orders, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers a flexible schedule and potential advancement opportunities, including management roles. The work involves driving and walking to customer locations, sometimes navigating adverse terrain and multi-story buildings. Store duties are performed in a range of temperatures and conditions, including exposure to hot equipment and surfaces, cold storage, food odors, cornmeal dust, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Physical activities include standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies and products, pushing or pulling trays, climbing stairs, bending, crouching, and reaching.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Be able to read a map, locate addresses in the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
Be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Have the motor coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Be able to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching.
Be able to work independently and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment and prepare products.
Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers and co-workers.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage or shelves.
