About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to staff its stores. The role offers a flexible schedule and potential opportunities for advancement, including into management. Delivery Experts deliver products by car to customers, and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. They perform general store-team duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
• Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and delivery sites.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and over the phone.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change; a calculator may be used.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to meet the physical demands described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and driving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car within the designated delivery area and carry orders to customers' doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage and work areas, including the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders, including communicating with customers and coworkers in person and over the phone.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Navigate to customer addresses, including through adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
