About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to deliver products within a designated area and support general store operations. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career advancement, including management. Training and orientation are provided on the job.

In addition to delivering pizzas and beverages by car and carrying them to customers’ doors, delivery team members may deliver flyers and door hangers. Store duties shared by team members include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing telephone orders, completing inventory paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must be able to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and over the phone.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator if needed.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Hand-eye coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the described physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching.
• Must be able to carry deliveries while walking and climbing; delivery routes may require navigating five or more flights of stairs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car within the designated delivery area and carry them to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area into storage and work areas, including the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
