About The Position

Domino's is hiring a Delivery Expert to deliver customer orders within a designated area and perform general store team-member duties. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career advancement, including progression to management or franchise ownership. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position involves delivering products by car and to customers' doors, as well as delivering flyers and door hangers. Team members may also operate store equipment, stock ingredients and supplies, prepare products, process telephone orders, take inventory, complete paperwork, and clean equipment and the facility. Work includes indoor store tasks and driving and delivery work in varying weather and temperatures.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must be able to read maps and locate addresses in the designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and stairs.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers in person and by telephone.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements with the eyes, hands, and fingers.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Must be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Must be able to perform the physical activities described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and driving.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car within the designated delivery area and carry them to customers' doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders, including entering orders by computer keyboard or touch screen.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Use navigational skills to locate addresses and travel through delivery sites, including multi-story buildings.
Unload and move product deliveries, including lifting and stocking cases weighing up to 50 pounds.
Work with team members and customers while following quality-control standards.
