About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver orders within a designated area and support general store operations. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including potential paths into management and franchise ownership. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Delivery Experts deliver products by car to customers’ doors and may distribute flyers and door hangers. They also perform common store-team duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing orders, completing inventory and paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility.

The position involves working in a store environment with temperatures ranging from a cooler at approximately 36 degrees to areas at 90 degrees or above, and making deliveries in varying weather. Tasks may involve hot surfaces, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, food odors, cornmeal dust, and cramped spaces. Physical activities include standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, climbing stairs, bending, squatting, and reaching. Delivery work may require navigating multi-story buildings and carrying orders to customers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
• Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, including making correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Must be able to carry product while walking and climbing during deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car within the designated delivery area and bring orders to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Navigate to addresses within the delivery area, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
