About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to staff local stores. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth, including advancement into management and franchise ownership. Drivers deliver products by car to customers’ doors and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. Team members perform general store duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must be able to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, and occasional climbing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area; a driver may make several deliveries per shift.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment; stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work areas; and prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders, including taking and processing orders over the phone and in person.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Navigate delivery locations, including private homes, other delivery sites, adverse terrain, and multi-story buildings.
• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
