About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Delivery Driver to provide friendly customer service, prepare and deliver orders, and help maintain store operations. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment, representing RPM and Domino’s brand standards, and contributing to a positive team environment. Drivers must be able to navigate within the designated delivery area and may use their own dependable vehicle or a company-owned vehicle.

This is a variable-hour position with competitive pay and flexible scheduling. The role is classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay under applicable wage and hour laws. Medical, dental, and vision coverage are available to eligible team members averaging 30 or more hours per week during the designated measurement period. A 401(k) program is also available to eligible team members. RPM Pizza offers training and development through RPM Pizza College, along with opportunities for growth, leadership development, and community involvement.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
