About The Position
RPM Pizza is hiring a Delivery Driver to provide friendly customer service, prepare products, maintain store standards, and deliver orders within the designated delivery area. This role works in a fast-paced team environment and requires safe driving, effective time management, and the ability to operate store equipment. The position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay under applicable wage and hour laws. Compensation is variable hourly with competitive pay. Scheduling is flexible. Eligible Team Members averaging 30 or more hours per week during the designated measurement period may have access to medical, dental, and vision coverage. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
- Strong communication and basic math skills.
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
- Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
- Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
- For delivery roles, ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.

- Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.

- Demonstrate effective time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
- Drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
