Amazon Delivery Associate (DSP) - Delivery Driver
About The Position
Package Squad LLC, an authorized Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is hiring full-time and part-time Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon packages. Drivers work independently on a new daily route, delivering to homes and businesses while providing customer service and meeting team goals. The role involves operating step vans in a fast-paced environment, making as many as 200 deliveries per day, and loading vehicles quickly and accurately. The position is based in Edison, NJ, and Staten Island, New York, and is not remote. Employment is permanent. Full-time schedules are 4–6 days per week at 10 hours per day; hours beyond 40 per week are paid as overtime. Part-time schedules are 2–3 days per week at 10 hours per day. Drivers must be available to work at least one weekend day per week. Additional workload and overtime may be required during Prime Day week and the November–December peak season. Success is evaluated based on safety, attendance, customer experience, delivery quality, and reliability.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Hold a valid regular driver's license.
- Pass a four-panel drug test.
- Be physically able to get in and out of a vehicle throughout the day.
- Be punctual and have excellent time-management skills.
- Be available to work at least one weekend day per week.
- Be available for increased workload and overtime during Prime Day week and peak/holiday season (November through the end of December).
- Driving experience of one year is preferred.
- Experience with larger vehicles is preferred; a Commercial Driver's License is not required.
