About The Position

Cynergy Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner operating out of Camarillo, California, with headquarters in Simi Valley, is hiring Delivery Associates. Associates drive company vans and use GPS and other technology to locate and deliver packages, typically handling 180 to 250 stops per day in a fast-paced environment. Routes are scheduled for approximately 10 hours, with overtime as required. Employees work 4–5 days per week, and at least one weekend day is required; both weekend days are preferred. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a clean driving record for the last three years.
Must have a valid California driver's license.
Must be able to load packages weighing up to 50 pounds into the company vehicle.
Must be able to interpret and read GPS devices, placards, signs, and maps, and follow written or verbal geographic directions.
Must be able to solve common delivery-driver problems or issues.
Must have a strong punctuality and work-attendance history.
Must be available to work weekends and/or holidays.
Must be team-oriented and able to follow instructions.
Must communicate effectively with fellow Delivery Associates and managers.
A safety-first mentality, customer focus, personal pride, high energy, dedication, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are sought.

Responsibilities

Deliver packages to customers in a timely manner.
