About The Position

Package Squad LLC, an Authorized Delivery Service Partner to Amazon, is hiring full-time and part-time Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon packages. Drivers work independently on a new daily route, operating commercial motor vehicles in a fast-paced environment and providing customer service. The position involves making upwards of 200 deliveries per day, loading step vans, and delivering packages safely and efficiently. Drivers spend most of their time on the road serving homes and businesses across the service area. Success is measured by safety, attendance, customer experience, delivery quality, and reliability. Full-time schedules are 4–6 days per week, with 10-hour shifts; part-time schedules are 2–3 days per week, also with 10-hour shifts. Drivers may have overtime opportunities, with increased workload during Prime Day and the November–December peak and holiday season. Weekend availability is required, even when weekends are not part of the regular schedule. The job is based at delivery locations including Edison, New Jersey, and Staten Island, New York; remote work is not available. Drivers receive safety and driver training on-site and are provided with brand-new step vans and GPS technology.

Requirements

At least 21 years of age.
Valid regular driver's license; a commercial driver's license is not required.
Pass a four-panel drug test.
Physically able to get in and out of a vehicle throughout the day and lift packages up to 50 pounds.
Punctuality and excellent time-management skills.
Some experience with larger vehicles.
Weekend availability, including when not routinely scheduled.
Availability for increased workload and overtime during Prime Day and the November–December peak and holiday season.

Nice To Haves

Commercial Driver's License (preferred, but not required).
One year of driving experience (preferred).
