About The Position
As an RPM Delivery Driver, you represent RPM and Domino’s to customers, often as the first or only team member they see. You deliver products in your vehicle, provide professional and positive customer service, and help create a pleasant customer experience. The role may also involve other aspects of store operations, including making products, oven-tending, and operating store equipment. It is a variable-hourly position, so hours vary week to week; tips are paid daily. Drivers can earn $15–$20 plus a safe-driving bonus. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to drivers who average at least 30 hours per week during a designated nine-month measurement period, and a 401(k) program is available.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a clear driving record.
- Have a dependable vehicle and proof of insurance.
- Have strong communication and verbal skills.
- Have basic math skills to count change.
- Be outgoing and have a positive, upbeat attitude.
- Be able to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Domino’s products in a personal vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Represent the brand and provide excellent customer service.
- Safely deliver pizzas while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Help make products to the required standard and participate in store operations, including oven-tending.

- Use time-management skills and multitask in a competitive work environment.
