About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to serve customers in the designated delivery area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth, including advancement to management or franchise ownership. Drivers may also perform general store team-member duties, including preparing products, processing orders, stocking supplies, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must be able to read a map, locate addresses in the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Must be able to understand and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers in person and by phone.
• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and make correct monetary change.
• Must have the motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements and enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
• Must be able to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and occasional stair or ladder climbing.
• Must be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the designated delivery area and locate addresses using navigational skills.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients and supplies in storage and work areas.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders and handle customer payments accurately.
• Unload and move deliveries, including carrying, lifting, pushing, or pulling supplies and trays.
