About The Position

The Delivery Driver is primarily responsible for driving a delivery vehicle over established routes to deliver products to clients and customers. The role also provides customer service both in the store and during deliveries. The position is part-time, with flexible scheduling available. Store hours are 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Saturday; the store is closed Sundays.

Valid driver’s license.

Ability to work as a team player.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
Basic computer and math skills.
Ability to distinguish between colors.
High school diploma or comparable certification (GED).
Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, bend, walk, reach overhead, grip, squat, lift, and carry products to and from delivery and customer vehicles, store areas, and possible job delivery sites.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus.
Prior experience in delivery, retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Deliver products safely and efficiently to customers using a company vehicle.
Follow designated routes and time schedules to ensure prompt deliveries.
Load and unload the delivery vehicle.
Prepare orders by mixing or tinting products to customers’ specifications.
Identify and match paint colors accurately.
Assist customers by phone and in the store with orders and questions.
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and maintain a cash drawer properly.
Provide a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
Collaborate with coworkers and managers to maintain a smooth workflow.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
