About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to deliver products to customers within a designated area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career advancement, including management and franchise ownership. Drivers may also perform general store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Drivers deliver products by car and to customers’ doors, and may distribute flyers and door hangers. The position involves navigating to addresses, carrying products, and traveling between the store, vehicle, and customer locations. Team members are expected to work both independently and with others and to meet quality standards.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and stairs, while carrying products.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the physical activities described, including standing, walking, carrying, lifting, pushing, reaching, bending, and occasional climbing.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate to addresses and delivery locations, including adverse terrain, private homes, multi-story buildings, and stairs.
Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
Operate store equipment; stock ingredients; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory; complete paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility.
Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Unload ingredient and supply deliveries using a hand truck and stock items on shelves.
