About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to deliver orders within a designated area and support in-store operations. Drivers must use an insured, registered vehicle and meet the company’s driving-history standards. The position pays $16.00 per hour, plus tips and mileage. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Opportunities for advancement may include customer service, management, corporate operations, or franchise ownership.

In addition to deliveries, team members may prepare food, stock ingredients, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, complete paperwork, and clean equipment and the facility. The role involves customer and co-worker communication, order entry, handling payments, and navigating delivery locations, including multi-story buildings and other terrain.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and at least two years of licensed driving history in the United States, with documentation.
• Must have an unsuspended or uninterrupted driving history for at least 1.5 years during the last two years.
• Must meet the stated driving-record standards, including limits on violations and at-fault accidents and no disqualifying serious violations.
• Must have access to a vehicle that is insured, registered, and covered by an insurance policy listing the driver.
• Must have customer service and navigational skills, including the ability to read a map and locate addresses.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, while carrying products.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing, process orders by telephone and in person, and give and comprehend written instructions.
• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic and make correct monetary change.
• Must have motor coordination and the ability to make rapid, precise movements and enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
• Must be able to perform the described physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, reaching, and occasional climbing, stooping, and crouching.
• Must be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the designated delivery area and navigate to customer addresses.
• Provide customer service and communicate with customers and co-workers in person and by telephone.
• Assist with food preparation and other in-store tasks.
• Stock ingredients and supplies in storage areas, work areas, and walk-in coolers.
• Receive and process telephone orders and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility daily.
• Operate equipment and handle products, trays, and supplies.
• Use an insured and registered vehicle that passes periodic delivery vehicle inspections.
