About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver for its Columbia location at 1500 Interstate 70 Dr. SW. The driver delivers products throughout assigned areas in Columbia and surrounding regions, providing friendly, professional service and representing the organization positively. The role requires safe and efficient driving, careful handling of orders, accurate delivery records, communication with dispatch and management, and basic vehicle checks. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed, are required.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets company-specific standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and Motor Vehicle Record verification.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills to prioritize multiple deliveries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and deliver packages of varying sizes.
• Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to meeting delivery schedules.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned delivery areas within Columbia and surrounding regions.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet time-management goals and customer expectations.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop.
• Verify delivery addresses, customer information, and order accuracy before completing transactions.
• Maintain organized records of deliveries, customer interactions, and vehicle maintenance.
• Handle products carefully and ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
• Communicate with dispatch and management about delivery status, delays, or customer concerns.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and promptly report mechanical issues.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle.
• Build positive customer relationships and represent the organization professionally.
