About The Position

The Seasonal Delivery Driver operates medium-to-heavy-duty trucks to transport and deliver oilfield and industrial chemicals safely, following DOT and company regulations. Drivers are dispatched from a DK Energy Services location and make day-trip deliveries within an assigned district. This is an entry-level position performed under close supervision and reports to a Driver Manager or Site Manager. The position is temporary and seasonal and is not eligible for benefits. There are no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
CDL Class A or B with Hazmat and tanker endorsements.
Forklift certification.
Pipeline certification.
Clean driving record.
Knowledge of DOT regulations.
Basic mechanical skills.
Ability to load, unload, and operate a forklift and pumping equipment.
Experience handling acid and hazardous materials.
Physical ability to load and unload goods weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Make on-time daily trips to specified locations.
Read sight-glass level indicators and record delivered quantities.
Operate pumps, hoses, risers, and valves.
Interact with management and customers.
Complete delivery paperwork, including Field Delivery Tickets and TDG Manifests.
Complete pre-job hazard assessments, per-trip inspection logs, and en-route logbooks.
Generate bills of lading (BOLs) that match daily loads and ensure placarding matches.
Maintain pipeline certification.
Perform routine pump maintenance and inspect hoses.
Perform routine vehicle maintenance and housekeeping.
Operate and troubleshoot pump and hydraulic systems.
Follow safety, environmental, and industrial hygiene practices and maintain strong safety performance and environmental compliance.
Support implementation and maintenance of DK certified management systems, such as ISO 9001; identify training needs; promote awareness of work-related risks and opportunities; and understand the Quality policy and contribution to DK objectives and goals.
Support implementation and maintenance of the RCMS program; identify training needs; and promote awareness of RCMS guiding principles and Dorf Ketal's HSSE policy, objectives, and goals.
Complete other projects as required.
