Delivery Driver- DK Energy Services

About The Position

Operates medium-to-heavy-duty trucks to transport, safely handle, and deliver oilfield and industrial chemicals while following DOT and company safety regulations. Drivers are dispatched from a DK Energy Services location and make day-trip deliveries within an assigned district. This is an entry-level role performed under close supervision, reporting to a Driver Manager or Site Manager. The position has no supervisory responsibilities. Occasional weekend work and overtime may be required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
CDL Class A or B with Hazmat and tanker endorsements.
Forklift certification.
Pipeline certification.
Clean driving record.
Knowledge of DOT regulations.
Basic mechanical skills.
Ability to load and unload goods weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to load, unload, and operate a forklift and pumping equipment.
Experience handling acid and hazardous materials.
Ability to communicate effectively with peers and managers by phone, email, and in person.
Ability to work in traffic, sit for long periods, and get in and out of a high-profile truck.
Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, and work in extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Make on-time daily trips to specified locations.
Read sight-glass level indicators and record delivered quantities.
Operate pumps, hoses, risers, and valves.
Interact with management and customers.
Complete and maintain paperwork, including Field Delivery Tickets and TDG Manifests.
Complete pre-job hazard assessment forms, per-trip inspection logs, and en-route logbooks.
Generate bills of lading (BOLs) to match daily loads and ensure placarding matches.
Maintain pipeline certification.
Perform routine maintenance on pumps and inspect hoses.
Perform routine vehicle maintenance and housekeeping.
Operate and troubleshoot pump and hydraulic systems.
Follow safety, environmental, and industrial hygiene practices, maintaining strong safety performance and environmental compliance.
Support implementation and maintenance of DK certified management systems, such as ISO 9001; identify personnel training needs and promote awareness of work-related risks, opportunities, and the Quality policy and objectives.
Support implementation and maintenance of the RCMS program; identify personnel training needs and promote awareness of its guiding principles and Dorf Ketal's HSSE policy, objectives, and goals.
Perform other projects as required.
