About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver for its O'Fallon location at 304 E Hwy 50. The driver delivers products throughout the O'Fallon area while providing professional, courteous service and representing the company positively. The role involves safe and efficient driving, accurate handling of customer information and payments, vehicle upkeep, communication with dispatch, and meeting delivery goals. Flexible hours may include evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer-service and communication abilities.
• Physical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery items.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid proof of insurance for the personal vehicle used for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools.
• Provide friendly, courteous customer service and represent the brand positively.
• Verify delivery addresses and customer information for accuracy.
• Handle cash and card transactions securely and maintain accurate records.
• Keep the vehicle clean and perform basic vehicle maintenance checks.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch about delivery status, delays, or customer concerns.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
• Build positive customer relationships and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a flexible schedule.
• Safely load, unload, and carry delivery items.
