About The Position

The Delivery Driver collects payments and coupons for delivered items, checks orders for accuracy and quality, and delivers orders safely and promptly. The role also includes maintaining the delivery vehicle, meeting appearance standards, promoting products and specials, providing customer service, and receiving cross-training in store operations.

Requirements

• Ability to speak and write clearly.
• Ability to use a computer-based order entry system.

Responsibilities

• Collect cash and credit card payments and coupons for delivered items.
• Check products for accuracy against quality standards and deliver orders safely and in a timely manner.
• Ensure the delivery vehicle passes mechanical and visual inspections.
• Uphold Domino’s grooming, uniform, and appearance standards.
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
• Receive cross-training in preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout.
• Respond urgently to store phone lines and assist carryout customers.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers by phone and in person.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
