About The Position
The Customer Service Rep provides customer service to internal and external customers over the phone and in person. The role promotes pizza products, specials, and promotions; answers store phone lines and assists carryout customers with a sense of urgency; and contributes to a teamwork-oriented, energetic, and fun atmosphere. The position also receives cross-training in food preparation, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout.
Requirements
- Ability to speak and write clearly.
- Ability to use a computer-based order entry system.
Responsibilities
- Uphold Domino’s standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance.
- Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
- Receive cross-training in preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout.
- Answer store phone lines and help carryout customers with a sense of urgency.
- Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers over the phone and in person.
- Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
