About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver for its Urbana location at 407 E University Ave. The driver delivers products throughout the community, represents the company professionally, and provides timely, accurate service while working independently and collaborating with the team. The role involves managing multiple deliveries per shift and may require flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and at least 2 years of driving history.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standards.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous roles.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Ability to regularly lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to pass a criminal background check.
Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers on assigned routes.
Plan and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and meet delivery time commitments.
Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift and promptly report maintenance issues.
Handle packages carefully so products arrive in excellent condition.
Interact professionally and courteously with customers and address their questions and concerns.
Maintain accurate delivery records and transaction documentation.
Follow traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Manage multiple deliveries per shift while maintaining organizational standards.
Communicate delivery status and obstacles to dispatch and management.
Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and reliability.
