About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver for its Normal, Illinois location. The driver delivers products to customers in Normal and surrounding neighborhoods, provides friendly and professional customer service, and represents the organization positively. This role involves navigating local routes, maintaining an efficient delivery schedule, keeping accurate delivery records, and communicating with dispatch. Drivers must follow traffic laws and company safety protocols and help ensure vehicles and delivered items are handled safely. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed, may be required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 2 years of verified driving history.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company delivery standards.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and meet company-specific driving standards.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules.
• Physical capability to safely lift and carry packages of varying weights.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid proof of vehicle insurance and current vehicle registration.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned delivery areas within Normal and surrounding neighborhoods.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop and address customer inquiries and concerns with empathy.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, special instructions, and issues.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and basic maintenance to keep the delivery vehicle in optimal condition.
• Handle packages and products carefully so items arrive in excellent condition.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or customer feedback.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety protocols and maintain a clean driving record.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally.
• Meet daily delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining quality service standards.
